Heading off to Spain again

(Almost) on my way back to Andalucia's beautiful and exciting reservoirs... and bars, of course.

Phew, time to break the half-year silence and to shrug off the dust from this blogs front-page. Hope you are all doing well and as I can see from the statistics tool, there are still plenty of people around. Topwater Setup Complete

Perfectly balanced, 5,5 ft in length and garnished with some gorgeous handmade lures

Already last week a package from overseas arrived - containing all the essential ingredients for an exotic and truly stunning topwater setup. It truly felt as if Christmas had come early! Compiling a balanced and suitable Japanese topwater setup is not as simple as it sounds

In recent weeks, I spent a lot of time getting into the vibrant macrocosm of traditional Japanese surface game, and I really got hooked by this exotic and multifaceted field. Within the last week I had a few opportunities to gain new insights about a field that is completely new and fascinating to me.
